Mobility BAT for USA

I have not used this on a camping trip yet, but we set it up in the yard and I am impressed with the features. I thought it was going to be complicated to set up when I initially opened it, but it was fairly easy as a one-person job. I do wish there was something that you could put on the ground when you have it set up as a tent, if the ground gets wet around you you're going to have a soggy floor. But otherwise it looks great I even got it back in the bag on the first try.

Ordered this product for a camping trip and it came 3 weeks late, making me miss the trip.I finally received the tent and planned another trip for this weekend. I drove 3 hours to our spot and started to set up our tent for the first time and two different zipper points were defective, causing the tent to be nothing more than a $200 bundle of nylon tarp.I want my money back.

Too short for a 4Runner. Would work for a small SUV, though.

This tailgate tent offers a substantial amount of space for camping and outdoor activities. The material feels sturdy and high-quality, and while I haven't tested its waterproofness, it appears to be well-constructed for resisting the elements.Setting it up was initially intimidating, but once I figured out the process, it was manageable for one person. However, I did encounter a few design inconveniences. Due to the height of my vehicle (a stock SUV, slightly taller than a Subaru), I couldn't get the sides of the tent to reach the ground. Additionally, the tent requires a lot of staking both on the inside portion and the outside portion to ensure structure.While I appreciate the spaciousness it provides, I wish the sides were longer to reach the ground and that the interior wrapped around the bumper instead of needing to be staked down. These are personal preferences, but they would make the tent even more user-friendly. In addition, the zipper structure of the outside was frustrating as it was to the sides, and I would have preferred it to be in the middle.In a hurry, this tent can be set up as a quick changing area without staking it down, if needed. I do not recommend leaving it that way, but I was able to do that successfully on a quick overnight trip. It will let bugs into your car as the inside area requires staking down to be flush with the car bumper and sides, a design flaw in my opinion, instead of a wrap-around bumper style.Overall, this is a great tent with a lot of potential. It's well-made and offers a significant amount of space for its size. With a few minor design tweaks, it could be even better. It packs up easily into the included bag, which is lightweight and compact.
