I was pleasantly surprised by these SaluVera heat patches! They’re thin and easy to apply, yet they stay in place well, even on tricky spots like the lower back or neck. The warmth feels soothing, and the menthol scent, while noticeable, isn’t overpowering. I used one after a long day to ease some back pain, and it provided good relief without being too intense. As someone who has tried similar patches before, I appreciate that these don’t leave any sticky residue. Great value, especially for the natural ingredients and decent adhesive. Would definitely recommend for anyone with occasional muscle soreness!

Easy to use. Provides pain relief. Does have a stink to it. Stays on. I use them for muscle soreness from lifting weights. Works like a champ.

They helped ease the ain.

This is excellent for pain relief and I am speaking as a retired nurse who stays active. It stays on well. I use it on my neck, back, shoulders,etc. It can be a challenging to put on because it sticks so well. But, if you take a little time, it is well worth being patient. Or just have someone put it on for you.Also, it's a strong fresh smell of menthol. I don't care because it stops the pain for hours! Great value for the money. I've tried other patches and they are not as effective and don't stay in place. At 73 y/o, I've told all my friends to buy it for those senior aches and pains!

I had no back pain relief from the use of the patch

Patches are not large at all. Very mild feeling. At first I felt nothing at all, but after awhile, I did start feeling some comfort on my neck. The stickiness feels a bit weird on my neck. It’s ok, but not exactly what I was expecting.

I was taken aback when I saw how thin these patches are, plus that they are full of holes. But they are larger than a lot of similar patches on the market, they last really well.
