I started doing chair workouts. Tried using a chair I had and it was small and tippy. I like this chair for its sturdiness, wider seat and being very stable. Having an open back allows for more variety of exercises and also makes it easier to hold on to the chair.

I’ve been wanting a true yoga chair for quite sometime. This was delivered on time, packaged great and very easy to assemble and use. Priced perfectly, very sturdy and I feel very secure and comfortable when using it with my yoga routine. Very functional for the purpose it was made for. I even double it for my craft chair.

This is a well built chair! I am impressed. Only thing to note is that the curved attachedment is really more vertical than I anticipated. It would take someone to have an extremely flexible spine to lay back on this thing. I wouldn't have been able to return to a sitting position if I tried that.

The media could not be loaded. Took a gamble on them and they turned out to be sturdy at a good price. The color in person isnt as bright as in the picture— it a bit more 80s office furniture than 2024 yoga studio. Fine by me. The price went up by about 50% from when I purchased them, which bums me out. I’d have bought 3-4 more now that I know they’re nice.

it just arrived. no instructions, no work out prompts. just the chair and the extra piece.

The chair folded unexpectedly with the attachment sliding out and not supporting my weight (I do not weigh a lot). The chair folded over my legs causing a painful crushing on upper thighs and in ability to extract myself! I finally managed to do it with some scraping and bruising. I would not recommend this product.

Sturdy and effective for chair yoga. Will take work to be able to do the back bend.
