Well packaged and delicious
The product is thinly sliced, and each slice is protected between stiff-ish white plastic sheets. It tastes good. I made sandwiches with the prosciutto, lettuce, tomato, mayonaise, horseradish sauce, and bread. It hit the spot. I am disabled and can't go out to the lovely sandwich shops that I used to frequent. This is a nice consolation prize.

Was concerned meats would get spoiled without a cold pack. Don’t know if shipper will provide pack when weather warms up! But our shipment was ‘chilled’ upon arrival during the early evening, We’re enjoying this excellent quality prosciutto (no nitrates) !Remaining packages are in freezer!
