Used it a few times. It's large and gives good coverage. It's adjustable and semi comfortable. Quality is good.

I use this pillow regularly.I love that I can adjust the pillow to whatever shape I am needing at that time, to slget the appropriate height foe elevation or just something to lean against.I've had this pillow for a few months, and it has held up just fine. The velcro is still sticking, although it has made the material of the actual wedge pillow a little ragged in some places. But it still works perfectly. I don't care what it's looking like as long as it gets the job done.

I'm a side sleeper and am looking for the perfect wedge to help me with my back and neck pain. This pillow didn't work out for me. I tried adjusting it back and forth from steeper inclines to very shallow and never could get the right fit for me to wake up with no back pain.So: stocky guy, a side sleeper, and does snore. I tried different combinations to help with my sleep comfort and just couldn't get it to work with this pillow.It is very well made and the cover is washable. It does have an endless number of ways to put it together to help with your sleep and it might work for you.

Good sized memory foam wedge. The design is interesting where effort was taken to create a wedge with an adjustable angle. It works pretty well to be honest especially because I can only suffer 1 position for about a few minutes, BUT because it's velcro you'll have some difficulty adjusting it.But on the whole I would recommend it because I'm an never going back to a plain old wedge.

Even my adjustable base bed, by itself, doesn’t always elevate my head or feet high enough to comfortably read, watch TV, enjoy a snack, converse with someone seated in an armchair or work on small projects. I no longer suffer from acid reflux but still often need to elevate my legs and want to continue to banish snoring. This pillow also can help with sleep apnea and pain relief. I wish I would have had this pillow when I had joint replacement surgery.This versatile wedge pillow, used in conjunction with my adjustable bed and memory foam pillow, gives me all the options I was missing. Even used by itself it should help users who don’t own a bed with an adjustable base.The memory foam is very dense–a big improvement over the soft density foam pillow I already have. This wedge pillow combination appears to be very well made with long coil zippers enabling users to launder the quilted covers. Velcro tabs and long side strips enable you to secure the two pillows together in four different configurations to help you fine tune your sleep. There’s even a soft handle on the main pillow.When unboxing, be careful how you cut the plastic bags which encase the pillows as they come rolled up in an unbelievably small shape. Be prepared to let them fully expand for a day or two.There are wedge pillow combinations with more pieces but I think this product does the job without unnecessary expense or complications. I’m very happy to own this pillow and recommend it to others.

This looks like a very light incline, but laying on it feels so much more elevated! I've given it several weeks, and while it's not as versatile for laying on your side due to the more severe-feeling incline, on your back it is so comfortable and has really helped with torn shoulder tendon pain when sleeping or laying on my back. My ONLY gripe is the uncomfortable and annoying velcro RIGHT on the side, for removing the smaller incline pillow; While attached, that digs at my elbow and is incredibly annoying, so I'm looking for a pillowcase to slip over the whole thing. I can't recommend it enough though, and standing it vertically when you don't want to lay on it anymore is excellent! Takes up very little space on your bed that way!

I keep shopping for a comfortable wedge pillow without much luck. This guy has been a huge disappointment. The wedge is extremely thin at the base which could work if it actually offered some kind of support. I only weigh 155 pounds and sink to the bottom of this wedge every time making it useless.
