Since it's non-liposomal, you might start noticing its effects about an hour after taking it.To get the most out of this supplement, I recommend combining it with Shilajit, Ashwagandha, and Coenzyme Q10. This blend seems to work well for enhancing the overall effectiveness of the product and this complex that I consume provides me with impressive long-lasting results.

So each tablet contains a fraction of what some other products have. This makes it one of the weaker Turkestone formulas I have tested.With this product, you need 3 tablets instead of the usual one, which makes this product more expensive than others. So long as you take 3 tablets, the product works pretty well. Do some research into Turkesterone and see if it can help you. This product certainly helps me and I am happy to recommend it, but with caution.

They are small brownish, tasteless and more or less odourless and easy to swallow. They come in a black sealed bottle.The recommend dose of 1200mg per serving of 3 capsules per day is very high and personally I'm only taking 2 per day.I've been taking versions of this for a few months now and it does increase my ability to train and I've gained some fairly lean muscle in that time. I've not noticed any negative effects but have had some signs of increased libido.At the recommend dose this gives 30 days supply, I'll get 45 days supply at 2 per day which is still a decent dose. Price wise per gram they are about the same as most others which is to say just about ok but not cheap.
