I’ve been taking these for awhile now and I think they do a good job of giving me more energy I can feel the difference when I don’t take um

1) 1st package never came. 2) I thought this could take the place of my other vitamins and so I quit taking the others and just maintained this and I became tired and sluggish again so I stopped this and started my others back up.
