Great setup for increasing grip strength. It is a comprehensive set. I'm very happy with it.

Really nothing to complain about here. It's 4 well-built, textured pinch blocks, a loading pin, and 4 carabiners that will totally do the job. Considering there are brands that sell single blocks for almost as much as this entire set, I'd say this is a great deal.

I love the different grip widths and the weight bar I can also use for my hang board, bonus. The metal is slippery compared to wood blocks but I figured the lower friction can only improve my grip strength too, right? Only been using for 2 weeks and I can already feel a difference on the wall.

The price is a bit much but as a kit it is competitive with other manufacturers of similar products. There is not much to say besides it is as advertised, very sturdy. The strap it comes with is a little long for me.
