This pendant light is so pretty. The instructions are very clear and easy to put up. The cord comes long and you size it to your preferred length. My issue I had is that there are four pieces that need to twist (wood piece, gold ring, light bulb and gray ring) and when I got one tight enough the other kind of loosened. There is no way to over tighten because it just starts over. When I tighten the wood and gold piece (outside) to the shade and the gray (inner) piece it seems to somehow make the shade crooked as I tighten. Well anyway I got it as close to straight without having to start over. What I wish was that every piece would tighten. I tried it with both a soft light and daylight. I like this light a lot. Stylish and modern.

Let’s dive in,Definitely for a very high ceiling.The lamp is very long.Lamp looks exactly as in pictures, easy to put together. Unfortunately it was too long for my ceilings.

I replaced an outdated pendant light over my kitchen sink with this light fixture. I like the classic industrial farmhouse look and the mixed materials that give this light a unique look by using wood grain, a metallic brassy copper ring, and a matte black metal perforated shade. I used the manufacturer's suggestion and installed an Edison bulb since I happened to have a few, and I love my new kitchen light.It goes great with my decor since I have rustic industrial pipe shelves, a farmhouse-style coffee bar with cast iron mug hooks, and a black metal spice rack on the opposite side of the kitchen. The frosted pendant light was pretty, but too old-fashioned. This one gives the perfect vibe and it was easy to follow the instructions so we had the old fixture down and the new one up within 15 minutes.

Nice design and of descent quality. I like that it allows me to choose my own bulb, whether halogen, LED, incandescent, etc. and replace it when needed - accommodates standard medium base e26 bulbs, 60W max. Instructions are very extremely brief, but if you don’t know how to install this, you probably shouldn’t be.Made in China.

This light appears to be durable and well-built. The design looks modern and simple, and the lamp itself appears to be true to the listing.Functionality-wise, the light works rather well. If I had to pick out a complaint it's that the light emitted is rather focused in one spot, but I suppose this is just a part of the design. The light is also a bit too orange for my liking, but this is clearly shown in the listing, so I suppose I can't complain much.The instruction manual could have been clearer and more user-friendly; it could benefit from step-by-step visuals or more detailed explanations, especially for those less experienced with DIY projects. It is for this reason (and the following reason) alone that I dropped this review from a five-star review to a three-star review; the installation is just as crucial as the actual working of the lamp.To that note, the listing clearly states in its description that the light is "[...]super easy to install,making it a hassle-free process[...]"; however, the manual clearly states the opposite: "[...Installation] has to be made by a qualified / registered electrician." This is rather confusing and, if the manual is correct, this should be stated in the product's listing as hiring an electrician to install a simple lamp would create additional costs and time requirements.Overall, the lamp works well and as intended, but the instruction manual should be clearer and the seller should clarify whether a licensed electrician is or is not required.
