I am always looking for ways to get extra calcium, as my body doesn't tolerate dairy products, which is how most people seem to get their calcium, right? I tried adding this to my protein shakes at lunch, but the fact that it's a salt didn't make it a good fit. It really impacted the flavor of my shakes. Since then, I've just been mixing it with water and drinking it before my shakes. I can stomach it better on its own than when blended with other things. I think in the future, I will just stick with a calcium capsule supplement. I like this brand, though, and trust their ingredients.

I used the product for the first time and it does not melt even in hot water. It curdles and ruined my smoothie and tea. It made everything bitter., yuck.

This is calcium BHB has no fillers or sweeteners and is unflavored, so I assumed it wouldn’t have a taste — wrong. I cartoonishly spit it out the first time I mixed it with just water, which it says on the label to do. It’s highly bitter and acrid on its own and definitely needs to be mixed in with something. I’ve been mixing it into veggie smoothies and can’t really be tasted this way, and I have no issues with the powder clumping. The calcium BHB content is high, and I mistakenly assumed BHB was the same as calcium citrate — it’s not. This specific supplement is meant for those on a ketogenic or low-carb diet, which is different than the low-calorie diet I’ve been on for a while, so I’ve only been taking a quarter dose of this. Also, there’s no magnesium or vitamin D to improve absorption with this supplement, so I try to take it with my multi-vitamin, which has both.

Just another addition to the nutri cost family. I’ve been buying their stuff for years and adding it to my sodium chloride and Himalayan salt and potassium pills have made me get a really good stack together that combine with some good G.I. stuff makes you really ongoing health enabled. Love it and love the brand.

I like the ingredients in this supplement. I think it is a nice to add this to my workout drink also. I like to custom mix my drinks for my overall health. This has helped me. The supplement was easy to blend into my cold drinks. The supplement is non GMO and gluten free. I would order this supplement again.
