Fit most shoes and really comfy
A godsend with plantir fasciitis and a rehabbing ankle injury. I’ve bought about five sets now to go in all of my shoes and they seem to fit everything. Very comfortable and not sweaty.

Prevented painful stretching of my arches!
I have very flat feet, so when I went to undertake a 60km hike, I needed something to support my arches.Usually, I end up with painful stretching sensations when I have been walking for too long, which causes me to step on rocks for relief.I really needed something hard to press into my soles, so when I saw that lots of people were dissatisfied with how hard this was, I was hopeful that it would be suitable for me.I completed my hike without having any feet issues! Worked a treat!I'd say the only downside is that it is a little bit thin. An extra 1-2mm of thickness would make it ideal.

A good alternative to Pedag Viva
These are really good insoles for the right people: they are not the best buy if you want cushioning, or need to 'fill up' a shoe that's otherwise too large. For cushioning, based on my experience, the Pedag 'Sport' (red) range has a springy rubbery layer; or Pedag 'Outdoor' (green) has a layer of fibres that mould to the shape of the foot. These Kaps insoles are purely for support. At the heel/mid end there's a rigid plastic foundation which is shaped to give arch support. The leather topping goes over this and down to the front. A metatarsal bulge is built into the topping, and a paper-thin rubbery layer goes under the toe end. This provides a *slightly* softer landing than I get with the manufacturer's insole in my traditional British shoes, which these Kaps have transformed: the bases of my toes used to chafe against the solid floor of the shoe; but now I have a comfortable landing with very little loss of toe wiggling space, plus good arch and metatarsal support - all for less than the price of Pedag 'Viva', which I use in a different pair of shoes and would have been the alternative. The leather topping allows socks to glide inside without rucking-up as they would with a fabric layer. All in all, these are a pretty good choice for appropriate footwear and user needs. Just don't expect them to do what they're not designed for.

High quality leather insoles with very good arch support
I was looking for a pair of relatively thin and breathable insoles with arch support. None of the fabric/neoprene insoles fit my requirements as most of those insoles with arch support are too thick. Then I found this polish brand on Amazon and I thought I would give it a try. I was quite surprised with the quality of these Polish made insoles, the construction is leather on top of a very thin layer of rigid plastic cast for arch support and a small heel support. It does not trap heat and sweat. But since it is made of smooth leather, some may find it a bit slippery, but anyway, they are no intend for sports shoes. All in all, very happy with my purchase.

very good quality and support
Was able to use with some open shoes which would not have been suitable with the scholls type 3/4 orthotics. There is a rigid support underneath, but they are flat at the heels unlike the above mentioned scholls, which means they do not look like orthotics from the back. The shoes i used them with are slipper type shoes which cover the side considerably concealing the supported side, leaving only the heel exposed, you would not get away with slimmer shoes

Okay for a short time
The fit was good and the sole seemed to do the trick initially. However they quickly lost strength where they bent in the middle and once I tried adjusting them I could not get them back in as they were so floppy. I have gone back to my slimflex soles.

Just what I needed
Just what I needed to help correct my fallen arches. I am on my feet all day and didn't experience any of the usual foot aches after wearing these insoles to start with. After several weeks use I am now going to add a thin cushion insole on top but this is just my preference. These are the first insoles that have helped to reduce aches and pains in my feet after a long day at work.

The quality is very good but unfortunately it is uncomfortable and irritates the heel
The quality is very good but unfortunately it is uncomfortable and irritates the skin on arch area. This is because the plastic below the leather is elevated thus feeling it hard all the time while walking. This could be improved by not allowing the leather bending after the plastic support.

Danno quel giusto sostegno all'arco plantare, evitando la iperpronazione.Oggi acquisto il mio terzo paio, così da avere ogni paio di scarpe pronto all'uso.
