Had this chair for over a year and it's the best I've ever had!

The bed is great. Although I will say I had to place a ottoman underneath the foot for over a month for it to stay up. I just removed it yesterday & everything was fine. The chair however broke in half after me having it for 3 months, in the midst of me servicing a client.

I purchased this product a year ago, and overall am very satisfied with the use and function of the chair. However, this chair is less than one years old, I always use a protective cover with every client and it still managed to rip at the seams. I reached out to the company, asking for information on the warranty, considering that it’s less than a year old and a possible replacement. The company offered $40, this does not fix my problem nor does it put a dent in having a buy another $500 chair to replace this one that is less than one years old. I’ve asked them for just a replacement part with no resolve. Overall, the chair is great. I would just consider a different vendor that stands behind their product.

It's missing a part and I threw away the box and didn't want to mess with it. I was disappointed.
