I read so many reviews on so many products, but what made me settle on this one was the people that said it made a huge difference for their dogs in such a small amount of time, almost instantly. I thought I might give it a try, and if it didn't work then I would give it away. It worked. It worked like a dang miracle. This has been the driest winter we've had in Phoenix. No rain for like four months. The humidity has been stuck at like 11% forever, and the entire landscape is one big dust ball. My poor little Aussies have suffered of it, too. I have two, one has an entirely different kind of fur than the other, and it seemed she had straw for fur. You'd pet her and it felt like the fur would crack, it was so dry. I bathed her and conditioned in high-quality cleaners and conditioners but they only made a very temporary difference. I also noticed my little dry doggie seemed itchy and would rub her fur on the ground or the sofa, and you could see the dry skin flakes on her fur more and more. I felt so bad for her! So I decided I would try this body butter out. When I say it made a difference, that's actually a bit of an understatement. This was a freaking miracle!! I started out using one pump (it smells pretty darn good but the smell is mild) and rubbed it into her skin as much as I could. I kid you not, her skin sucked everything in like a sponge. I did another pump and rubbed it in. This time the skin seemed much more receptive to keep the moisture but her fur hardly registered any change because it was so dry. In all, I did five pumps and rubbed it in. It rubs in very easily. I finally felt her fur give a satisfied sigh and keep the moisture in that last time. She was SO SOFT!!!! And glossy and smooth! She smelled yummy, too. I even put some on her head and ears. Then I brushed her to make sure it was all distributed evenly. I did this the next day but I only needed two or three pumps of product for the same result. Again, she was so soft and shiny! She hasn't once rubbed herself on the ground or sofa or anything. No skin flakes visible anywhere on her, and when you pet her, she has the softest fur, which makes you want to pet her even more (something she LOVES). My other Aussie has a very different kind of coat, and it's already very soft, but I could tell she was still dry so I gave her like two pumps of product and rubbed it in. She looks like she just came from the groomer, she's so shiny and soft! They both do. And an added benefit was that my hands felt really nice. No weird residue or greasy feel. So yes, I will keep buying this little miracle worker for as long as I have pets. Instant difference. Instant happy dogs.

This hydrating butter works wonders on my dog’s itchy dry skin. After applying it he stops scratching and his fur becomes very soft. The scent is pleasant but strong. He doesn’t like the smell and covers his nose with his paws until it fades, so I’ll be trying the unscented version for him. It can look greasy or wet at first but absorbs and dries completely without leaving residue. Overall it's a great product, but beware of the stronger guava scent dependening on your dog's preference. It's slightly thicker than standard lotion.

This product helps keep my dog’s fur from getting too dry, though it doesn’t add much shine. The scent is nice and not overpowering, but I wish there were more floral fragrance options. This is my second purchase.

This product is AMAZING! My Micro Bernedoodle has that poodle undercoat and crazy curls and a little bit of this stuff rubbed into his curls after a bath helps to detangle and make his curls soft and shiny! It smells good and is very reasonably priced!

This smells amazing & after just one day, I have noticed that my dog's skin is showing less signs of dandruff already! His fur is also so soft & looks extra healthy now!

I love this leave in conditioner! My American Bulldog has HORRIBLE allergies and I have to wash her with Hibiclense regularly to remove yeast, which leaves her skin super dry. After her baths (with happen a couple times a week) I use this product. It helps her not scratch so much and hydrates her skin. I even use it the day after bath day and it doesn't make her greasy or disgusting feeling. Everyone comments on how soft her fur is and how good she smells! I also use it on my Australian Shepherds. It makes my Aussies hair sooo soft it helps brushing out their under coats. Have bought it several times and will keep purchasing it because it works wonders on all fur types - Short hard and long! My only complaint is that it doesn't come in a larger bottle!

This stuff worked amazingly for my dog's coat, but it is unfortunately not as scent free as "unscented" makes it sound like it should have been. It is a pleasant smell, but I'm allergic to most scented things and it's setting off my asthma and allergies. If it wasn't for the misleading "unscented" version having a scent, I'd have given it five stars, but for anyone trying to avoid scent for medical reasons, this is not what you're looking for.

Bought this for my dog and apply it to him daily. Soothes his skin and he loves when I rub it into him. His coat his shinier. No need to wash out. It's a lotion that drys with the air. If you notice white dryness coming from coat of skin that is your dogs dandruff coming out from the lotion penetrating his skin. That is normal. Just brush the hair and it's out. I can tell my dog is not scratching as much anymore after using this. Quality of shampoo is thick and smells great. Money for this product is right on par.

I love this product. It seemed a bit weird rubbing it into dry fur but it works. Both my dogs loved the massage. Their coats are still soft and silky nearly a week after using the lotion. I loved the smell. Definitely worth the price.

I ordered the same cream a while ago but it was not unscented. The scent although pleasant was irritating to my dog and myself so I ordered the unscented and a very happy. My dog suffers from dry itchy skin especially in winter. This cream is not greasy and disappears really well into her skin and paws. It makes her fur so soft. She is a chihuahua so has short hair. So far the unscented doesn’t seem to bother her. So I would recommend this cream.

A mi me gusta mucho, suelo usarlo luego de bañar a mi perri y la verdad Le da un toque genial. El aroma suele durar poco o no se si es que yo uso muy poco producto. Me parece rendidor. No es nada grasoso pero lo deja super suave. A mi perro si que no Le gusta mucho jajaja suele huir cuando lo ve. Pero se lo deja aplicar aunque luego valla a restregarse en el sofá. Por eso no lo uso muy seguido.
