I purchased the EcoNour windshield sun shade in the medium (64x32 inches) size for my 2015 Mercedes GLK 350, and I’m really impressed with how well it fits. I’m not sure why it says this doesn’t fit my vehicle because this is the miniature window cling, this should work in any vehicle because it’s only intended to help with blocking headlight glare in your side window or sun glare coming in the front or side window. It can also be used by a passenger in the front or back seat. I bought it for driving in the dark for side mirror glare.

Fits well with my Subaru Outback. Covers the windshield and doesn’t mess with the EyeSight cameras or rear view mirror. Quality is good, and I like it folds down nicely to store. It doesn’t seem to work as well as the air trapped Mylar-type reflective versions, but it does a fairly decent job of reducing temperature in the car.

My car is literally melting here in Florida. I've been looking for a car windshield for a long time, but found they're too expensive for what they are. I finally stumbled upon this one and took a chance mainly because it has the option to input your car, make/year/model, so you can be sure it will fit. The second reason it got my attention was the price. It has exceeded my expectation in functionality and quality. It's lightweight, flexible, and easy to cover the windshield and take off. The velcro closure around the rear view mirror helps adjust the fit. It really is top quality and the price is unbeatable. Go for it!

Does a really good job of keeping my car cool and fits well. Storing it takes some getting used to but is relatively easy to use.

The packaging says it was for a 4Runner 2010-2026 but I have my doubts that it really is custom. Possibly my example shade had poor quality control or 2010-2026 4Runners have variations not taken into account. The width is OK and the center slit does fit around the mirror stalk. However, the one I received is too tall for my 2017. Because it is too tall it won’t stay in place by itself. It can’t clip into the top of the windshield frame or even against the stowed sun visors so the top corners sag. The passenger side sort of works because the 2017 has a handle on the window post but driver’s side post doesn’t have a handle. Since it overlaps the sun visors a couple of inches past their hinges they can’t be folded down to hold it in place without bowing the shade out at the sides. Otherwise it seems ok for this kind of shade and is easy enough to refold and repack in its bag. You just fold it in half and then twist opposite corners in opposite directions and it curls into itself. There’s an elastic loop you can slide around it that will keep it folded or you can just slip it in the storage bag it comes with. I decided to keep it since it is usable, an improvement over the aging two piece single ply one I have and it was fairly inexpensive with the $5 coupon discount…but the poor fit is going to annoy me every time I use it and I probably I should have returned it.

IF YOU WANT A SHORTER TO THE POINT REVIEW JUST SKIP DOWN TO THE RECAP... I mean, the price is right; but I definitely don't think that these keep the vehicle much cooler. Even if you put the shiny side facing outward. However, part of that could be because I have a panoramic sunroof. With that being said, it works to at least keep the direct sunlight off my dashboard or any of my interior when the sun is on my windshield... But I had purchased these decades ago and I remembered that there was a reason I didn't like them. And now that I bought another one, because the price was cheap and I was needing to replace my accordion style one, now I remember why I don't like them. They're just big and awkward once you unfold them trying to get it up onto your windshield. You're pretty much knocking it into everything and that just annoys me. It's not like it's doing any damage.. it just annoys me. So I feel like I'm just going to be in the market for another accordion-style one and I will use this in the meantime. Once I get the kind I prefer to use I'll probably give this to somebody who needs it. The positive is that they're pretty easy to shrink back down and put inside the little bag. That part I absolutely love. It's just first opening them and getting them in the windshield that annoys me. However, I'm curious to know how long these things even last, anyways, because I would think that the constantly twisting of the wiring would weaken it and that they would break fairly quickly? In other words I feel like you probably have to replace these more often than you do the accordion style. Maybe by the time I find something else I'll get used to it and I'll end up keeping it?
