Very good fasting safe KSM-66. Noticeable improvement in cortisol reduction after consumption. Didn’t help falling asleep, but did improve deep sleep quality and duration based off my Garmin data. Definitely helps for fasted cardio. Acceptable capsule size. Clinically proven dosage at 300mg per cap giving great customization in increasing or decreasing your dose. Compared to a 600mg cap. Minimal filler. Affordable long term. 5 stars.

If I'm being honest...the stuff tastes like liquid dirt but I love ashwaganda! Helps me sleep and gives me trippy dreams. This is better than the gummies I've tried.

This brand is the best Ashwagandha supplement I’ve tried. I have tried many different brands and they didn’t work as well. This brand has given me the most energy and made me feel less anxious. The pill doesn’t upset my stomach and is easy to swallow. It doesn’t have a smell or taste. I have a picture below comparing the pill size to a dime. I’m gluten free and these contain no gluten or preservatives that cause me to break out in hives. I have been using these for 4 months and they have made a huge difference. I have even lost 10 lbs since I started taking these pills. I tried another brand a month ago because I waited until the last minute to order more. The other brand I took did nothing for me. I ended up throwing them out. I highly recommend these.

Questioning the strength/quality of container. Other manufacturers I’ve used were a different color. This one is almost clear.
