If you have all the time in the world, buy this, remove your cowl, grind the edge flat to fit, then glue this in place. I believe this is the best type of seal if that is your choice. I have too many demands on my time so after discovering this would not work without modifying the cowl I just ordered a new cowl with seals already in place.

The original seal was dry rotted. After cleaning of the cowl this fit really well. It was a little difficult to get it started, but I started on the passenger side with my left hand, I am right hand dominant. So far it is working well.

Did work. Bad fit. Poor, cheaply engineered.

Works good enough for temp fix until you can get a new full shroud. Easy install, after cutting out old rubber. Didn't fit as tight as I'd like, but was ok for short term. The edge that attaches to main shroud is not designed to attach to OEM , so you'll have to make sure you get edge clean to fit. Sealed fairly well but had issues at both ends.

This seal was a great replacement for the one that comes stock. The install was simple and took no more than 10 minutes. The seal looks just as good as the original seal did when I first bought my truck. The seal fits flush with the windshield.

One other review I read mention that the dash protector didn't sit flat and there were creases where it was folded for shipping. This is true, initially. Place the dash pad on the dash and leave it in the sun....it will warm up and relax, and you can smooth it out. I really like it, as I live in the central valley in California and the sun is brutal during the summer. Now I know my dash is protected.
