I used these daily (3/day) during both my pregnancies. They work and taste amazing. I tried a few different brands. They were either really hard or had a horrible flavor. Or both. Not these. Soft and delicious. They became my nightly treat I looked forward to!

Align gummies. It's ok. I find chewing gummies up a little uncomfortable. Gummies just aren't my thing; but they taste pretty good.

I subscribe to the deliveries and it makes it so easy. They are more expensive in my local grocery store so this is a perfect way to keep them on hand.

Suggested by my nurse practioner for digestive issues . Purchased both gummies and capsules . Good value and relief. Taste good and easy to swallow .

Align is a staple in my world. Love this product. Subscribed to Align, they are so good. My doctor recommended them and I have been using them ever since. The texture is good, and they taste and smell good.

I’ve been having digestive issues for a couple of years. So, I did the obvious and tried dietary changes, but to no avail. I figured I was just stuck living with the issues I was experiencing. However, I did some research and found that probiotics could possibly help. Therefore, I decided to try Align. I was a bit skeptical that it would actually get rid of all my symptoms. I figured it may help decrease them but not completely eliminate them all. Well, I was pleasantly surprised. In less than a week of taking align daily, my issues were gone. I do need to mention that I have tried a few different varieties of this brand and although they all worked pretty much the same, i finally decided upon this one (dual biotics). No other reason than it has what I need, and none of what I don’t, and I like the gummy’s for the convenience.As a result of my symptoms improving, I figured I didn’t need to take an probiotic everyday and quit for a while. Big mistake!! My digestive issues eventually came back. So, I decided to go back to taking Align and again, my issues went away. Therefore, I concluded that these actually do work!I would definitely recommend trying Align if you are having problems that diet alone has not solved. Additionally. make certain that you do seek help from a professional if you have serious symptoms or if your symptoms don’t go away after taking these.This is a great product that is convenient, tasty, and works rather quickly. Highly recommend!!
