I am always on the lookout for high fiber/protein snacks to carry me through a long day at the office. Even just 10 years ago there simply weren't a lot of options that were mostly fat/sugar laden. Now there are tons - made from lentils, chickpeas, whey, etc. I was an early adopter of Catalina Crunch cinnamon toast cereals 6-7 years ago and was please to see them (finally) migrate to snacks. This mixture has a lot of familiar "cereal squares" minus the cinnamon. In that regard it was a little disappointing from a tactile standpoint but the rest of the mixture is nice. The cheddar flavor is strong but not overpowering or annoying. You will need to have a moist paper towel nearby to regularly wipe your finger tips Lol. The ingredients are relatively "clean" too. There are no artificial sugars and only 1g of real sugar/serving (1/3 cup). The saturated fat is a tad high at 2.5g/serving but only for a health snack. My only (minor) concern is for the emulsifiers (Xantham and Guar gums). There is emerging science about they're detriment. All in all, I will be a repeat consumer... in moderation :)

Extremely spicy!!! I need to have water on hand while eating. You only get 4.5 servings per bag so I measure it out and put them into snack bags for 150 calories per bag. It’s expensive for what you get which is a good and bad thing since it definitely prevents overeating. This is not a low calorie snack at 150 calories per 1/3 cup. The cheese crisps and pretzel pieces are my favorite. I also bought the traditional flavor and I found that one very bland. The spicy is much more satisfying for the small serving size. This is a keeper for me.

This is by far one of my favorite snacks since I must eat gluten free and currently on a low carb/ keto diet. This mix has the right amount of spice and very savory flavor. Everytime I do keto this is always a go to snack packed with protein and fiber. I wish there were a little more pretzels in the mix otherwise this is the perfect snack!!

Pricy for all the varieties I’ve tried. The sweeter ones are more enjoyable to me. The spicy are pretty spicy, but cashews cut the heat pretty well, the cheesy one is weird, traditional is bland but tasteful in a ‘meh’ way. I’ve tried the blueberry, cinnamon and ordered the honey cashew so haven’t tried it. What attracted me is it’s high protein, lower sugar and sodium content. As far as I know, a diabetic created it so is supposed to be healthier than other snack mixes.

Wow! This stuff is absolutely amazing. When you need your protein, when you don't want the crap, when you want that crunch and when you are looking for flavor, this bag has it all. My first time buying and definitely not my last. Can I sit and eat the whole bag at once? Absolutely! But I will measure out and train myself to eat my 1/3 cup. I also bought some cereal so I can't wait to try. Also, this spicy treat will get you to drink your water. The heat 🔥 is spot on!!!

Purchased as a gift for my health-conscious sister. She loves this brand! I tried it and it is very tasty.

It tastes good but not worth the money. Protein is from the cashews, which I'm not able to eat nuts. Waste of money when your paying extra for protein when it's a few nuts that's it.

I can’t find any other crunch mix that packs the right flavor, spice and combo. It might be a little pricey but I’m willing to spend that much for the taste and quality. More than anything, it is keto friendly.

Just love this stuff! They need to make bigger bags of it as I would purchase the giant economy size in a minute. It’s salty not sweet but the pecans and cashews are just a joy to bite into. Kudos to the company
