Great affordable overnight bedwetting underwear
These Mama Bear Nighttime Bedwetting Underwear work great for overnight protection. The size L fits my child comfortably without being bulky, and they stay in place all night with no leaks. They’re soft, quiet, and don’t feel like a diaper, which really helps with confidence at bedtime. Absorbency is excellent, and mornings are dry and stress-free. A reliable and affordable option for nighttime bedwetting.

Do not buy!
Edit one week later: don't buy these AT ALL. I just spent several hundred dollars having my carpet cleaned because even with my work-around, these diapers split the side seam. I finished one pack in one box to "save money" and it cost me hundreds to have biowaste cleaned out of my son's room. Soooo not worth it. Returning the second box and trashing the rest of the first box. Original review: The diapers are soft to the touch and look lovely. They are, however, not sized the same as name brand diapers. They run shorter, waist to crotch, and noticeably snugger than Ninjamas, our last brand. My son weighs about 90 lbs and these are short enough that they slide down underneath his, um, "urethral opening" overnight, and tight enough that the side seams spontaneously split while he moves around during the day. I cancelled my subscription because the work-around is tedious and not worth it, but to avoid wasting the money I spent on this box, I grasp the side seams and stretch each diaper manually for 2-3 minutes to relax the elastic sides, while being very careful to put no pressure on the side seam itself. When the diaper clearly appears stretched out if laid flat, it's ready for use. If your child has narrow hips and weighs less than 90 lbs, these may still work for you. Do NOT trust that "up to 165 lbs" malarkey in the description, it is absolutely false. As for my kid, we're going to try adult diapers again and see if they'll stay up this time. I hope the work-around I use is helpful to someone.

Best nighttime underwear
Love these. I've had my kid in the size small since she was 3 (she was 34 lbs). Shes now 3.8 and 39 lbs and still in size small. We have never had a single leak from these. And she has no skin reactions to this brand. Every once in a while, I do get a ripped one or one where the absorbency beads are hard, but in 8 mths, I recall getting only 3 of those.

Great option!
We have used Rascal and Friends brand for yeeeaaars however my son outgrew their diapers for night time. For reference he is 3, very tall and slender and the height is what started causing an issue and more and more leaks at night with R&F. They are the most absorbent diaper and pull ups I’ve found but the pull ups aren’t as absorbent as the diaper so they weren’t a good nighttime option even though they came in bigger sizes. My son consistently fills up at least one diaper a night. I tried multiple other brands of nighttime pull ups for toddlers but everything leaked - there was just too much space or they weren’t truly absorbent. This was my last ditch shot before just changing him three times a night. These have done amazing! They hold as much as the R&F diapers and fit so great! He is sleeping through the night (he only wakes if he leaks), and I only have to change him once. As others have said these don’t have as much flexibility- I know they will not fit once he gets anywhere close to the top weight for these. But at 38~ ish lbs right now, over 3ft tall they are working perfect. The only downside I will say is they are not very soft compared to what we are used to but it doesn’t bother my son at all. We will definitely keep purchasing.

Rip easily, also size up they run small
Ripped easily even though my son is well under the size and weight purchasing guide lines. Not easy to put on, I had to assist him in carefully putting them on. The ones that we did manage to get on unripped did satisfactory contain his urine at night. 1 out of 3 pull up diapers didn't rip. Disappointed with the quality and size. They run small, so size up!

Honest review from an autism mama
*Autism Mama Here* I have a 6yr boy, he is still potty training and a VERY active kiddo. He usually gets his pull ups thru insurance, but due to holidays there was a delay where these had next day option. I saw another mama compare them to the insurance provided ones and she was spot on. They are identical but a little thinner imo and have a cute print. I think they actually provide better absorbency and hold more than the insurance ones.. I’m on my 3rd box with no bursts or splits down the side. No leaks day or night (at night he can fill it!) No rashes or signs of discomfort. Easy on and off. Definitely size UP. 2-4yr can use the S/M and 4yr+ should use the L/XL in my opinion. I would put these right under Huggies or pampers, but right above rascals, luvs, store brands, etc… I will definitely be keeping these in cart for emergency back ups, only reason for the 4 stars is because of the sizing issue. Aside from that, one happy mama to one happy flappy kiddo!

They Leak!
I really tried to love these, due to the affordable price. My son is 5 years old and he wets the bed almost every night (he has sleep apnea and just had surgery to fix his obstructed airway). With that being said, these pull ups leak. I ordered 2 boxes but only used one, I had to switch brands because they were leaking more often than they weren’t, soaking through all the bedding. I really wish the absorbency was better and they didn’t leak so bad. Switched to Ninjamas and haven’t had any issues with leaking at all.

I've been using Mama Bear Nighttime Underwear in size XL for my youth, and I must say, they have been a game-changer for us. Firstly, the fit is spot-on. The XL size provides ample coverage without being too bulky, which is perfect for my active youth who moves a lot during sleep. The elastic around the legs and waist is snug enough to prevent leaks without causing discomfort. Secondly, the absorbency is impressive. These underwear can handle overnight accidents with ease, keeping any youth dry and comfortable until morning. This has significantly reduced the stress of nighttime accidents for both of us. The material itself is soft and breathable, which my child appreciates. They don't feel like regular diapers; instead, they feel more like underwear, which has helped my child feel more independent and grown-up. The design is also worth mentioning. It's simple yet effective, and has a subtle patterns. It's nice that they don't look like typical baby diapers, which adds to confidence. Overall, Mama Bear Nighttime Underwear in size XL has exceeded my expectations. They're reliable, comfortable, and provide the protection for a good night's sleep. I highly recommend them to any anyone looking for nighttime underwear that ticks all the boxes.

These are made really small and don't hold up. The first one ripped and leaked and little one keeps waking up wet. My daughter is 60lbs and they barley fir her. Very disappointing

These are amazing for absorbency! Beats out all other big brands. however unlike leading competitor there is zero stretch on the sides. It will either fit or it won’t. These fit my 6 year old average size build but fell off my 3 year old average size build. Usually I can get away with using the other brand in a pinch between the two boys but these are strictly for the size it states.

Other than being a little snug these are a great product. They hold about as much as goodnites and are way cheaper! My only reason for not giving 5 stars is that they do run on the smaller side. However the sides are very stretchy so this wasn’t an issue for us. Hopefully they adjust the sizing on the next batch to make them bigger so they fit a wider range of body types like goodnites.

I usually buy large size in another brand, so I got the Large/XL size of this one, but it runs very small. The material rips very easily, even when putting it on carefully. I contacted Amazon customer service, and they sent a replacement, but unfortunately, the issue was the same. My child became anxious at bedtime knowing they had to use these again, so we decided to stop using them and went back to our old brand. However, I’m giving it 3 stars because the ones that didn’t rip didn’t leak, and Amazon’s customer service was very fast with the replacement. Unfortunately, this just didn’t work for us, and I wouldn’t recommend it if you need something reliable and comfortable.
