My fatherinlaw is 89He only started using these since last year.They are perfect and does the job , secure and no mess.We only had mess only because his body was adjusting to a New change at the beginning.Now nothing.....like I say comfortable and secure.

I use this product for my mum who has dementia and is bedbound. She uses this product 3 times a day, and there's no NEED for the fix pants. Absolutely holds everything in. Great product 😃. Would definitely recommend for anyone who has to care for bedbound loved ones.

Good fit. I'm 41" waist and these fit fine. Not to bulky. Not too noisy when moving. Everything as advertised. Very reliable.

Excellent delivery time.These are my go to day nappy, take 2-3 good wettings and work extremely well for the cost, which is probably one of the cheapest adult nappies on the market.They do stretch at the sides and sag a little when wet, but the tapes are excellent and allow for a couple of readjustments which gets you through until its change time.Cloth backed, but had zero leaks and leg guards are more than adequate. As mentioned, hook and loop tapes work very well.

We buy these on a regular basis for a family member. These are the only ones that meet all the needs they have and they won't use any others many of which we have tried. True to size possibly you can size up as they can be adjusted. Quality is great with no leaks and always arrive before the date expected.
