Very high quality supplement. Taking 150mg twice daily took my LDL from 196 to 149, 24% decrease. TOTAL Cholesterol went from 266 to 221, 17% decrease. This is a high-quality tocotrienol supplement. Each softgel provides 150 mg of Vitamin E as DeltaGold tocotrienols from annatto, along with 75 mg of trans-GG as GG-Gold (geranylgeraniol). The tocotrienol dose is excellent and aligns well with what’s used in most of the clinical research. The 75 mg of trans-GG is a nice addition for supporting CoQ10 production and muscle function, though 150mg is what is typically used in research.The carrier oils include black seed oil and rice bran oil. I like the inclusion of black seed oil, but the amount is probably too low to offer any real benefits. Still, the overall formula is good and science-based.Overall – this is a well-formulated tocotrienol supplement with research-backed ingredients. It's a great upgraded tocotrienol supplement, but could be improved with a higher dose of GG-Gold.
