This have a ok enough taste because it's a healthy snack thoubso don't expect too much sweetness and taste from it.A good buy for your money and the ingredients are good in it.

I have taken another brand of mushroom supplements in the past and compared to those (no longer sold on amazon), these aren't as effective. I don't feel as clear-headed and alert as I would like, but I do feel relaxed. Might use these for weekends only if I can get over the taste - they taste like raisins which is gross.

I love these. The taste the smell and the effects. I take one in the morning and one in the afternoon lull around 1pm. My work production has improved and I feel a sense of “calm energy” which is amazing. Also content and happy but not giggly. Very intelligent feeling and productive but no jitters that coffee gives me.
