Im a 6'0' Male and wear a 32/32 pants. What size of these should I order??

Probably large because they fit tight. I think medium would be short for you

I wear a 36" waist what do you recommend?

I am 5'10...215 pounds with a 38 waist. I went with a XXL set. Arms and legs just a very little long. It fits snug but not overly tight. A lot of reviews talk about running small so I went one size up. Glad I did. Hope this helps.

Is it really as warm as the manufacturers say?

I can’t compare what the manufacturer says but I have worn them several times while hunting and I really like them. The shirt has a slightly odd cut but feels and looks great.
