Lovely coconut powder. I use this to make my homemade coconut mushroom creamer. I have a home developed recipe that mimics Lairds creamer, but I use organic ingredients and have cut the cost in half. It dissolves easily in coffee. It tastes super fresh and coconutty, which is what I am looking for with my milk allergy. It is fairly easy to use, but I recommend breaking the clumps up before mixing in to anything so the texture of the final product is even.

If you're doing keto, this is the coconut milk to use! It's pricey, but it's only got one ingredient and it's a large size that will last you a month. It mixes easily with hot water, it may thicken your coffee a little bit there's really no texture as long as you stir it all in, tastes fabulous And is exactly what I wanted!

I've tried quute a few, but this coconut milk powder is the best so far!

I had an initial issue with my first order but since then after a half dozen orders I have had no issues. A good product worth the purchase.

I use this every day in my mushroom coffee. Stirs in well with just a spoon...you don't need a frother to blend it. Tastes great. I doesn't have an overly coconutty flavor. The only thing that I don't like is the cheap zipper at the top of the bag. I have to put it in different containers to keep it fresh because the zipper broke it's first day.

I like this because it’s healthy, good for the environment because you aren’t having shipping companies deliver the fluid portion and are not throwing away the often non recyclable containers for the premixed coconut milk. Oh and it’s a lot cheeper plus less trips to store etc. also in my opinion not only are many cow milk products simply bad for you but there are many flaws in the cow milk industry. For me this product doesn’t create un needed flem like the moo… stuff. Using a hand mixer works good and we find doubling the suggested serving size works well for our granola and coffee. It also goes great with pie or cookies.

I’ve set up this item as a Subscribe and Save because I loved it the first time I tried it—it was creamy and coconut-ty the first time. However, this time it’s chalky and I cannot taste the coconut flavor at all. And it seems I have to put more into my coffee than I had to with the previous bag I got. The ingredients include tapioca starch, so I think there’s definitely more of that than dried coconut milk powder. The quality has definitely deteriorated on this second bag. And to think I had to wait an entire cycle where they couldn’t deliver it for some reason. And a comment on the bag itself—it’s supposed to be resealable, but the seal broke on both of the bags I’ve received from them. Very disappointed in the manufacturer for lack of consistency and quality control.

I have been wanting to find a creamy coconut milk for coffee creamer for quite some time having dehydrated coconut milk is a game changer because now I can mix it in containers with different flavors and have my own creamer that is not loaded down with sugar or additives, this is a winning combo.
