Very surprised on how heavy duty this office chair replacement part is. I bought the 500 pound part and it is definitely thicker and way heavier than expected. Fit my office chair perfectly. Value of money high! Easy installation and fit perfectly! My chair has never been sturdier. Noise level non existent! Very heavy duty part. I would recommend to everyone! Functions better than ! You can tell this part is going to last long!

It is a replacement for my gaming chair. It is a perfect fit and looks as good as the original part. It is great quality because it holds up to 500 lbs. It was much more cost effective than buying a new chair. My chair now tilts back and I can recline without worrying about falling backwards

I'm a Mechanical Engineer. This mount is about 4 times thicker than the one it is replacing and the pivot point is about double the diameter of the one in the chair. Solid and a great fit. No wobble and no squeak anymore. Worth the money.

This is a well-constructed piece. Using it to support me at 250 lb and a car seat. No sign of stress/wobble/bending, like the "gamer" chair I had previously. This plate has got to be about twice as thick. Tilt adjustment works perfectly.

Happy with this purchase. I will update if anything goes wrong in the future. I couldn't find a mechanism to line up with the bolt holes that I had on this chair I got from work. So I had to drill new holes in the wood. I used inserts that you can buy. Just search for wood inserts Furniture inserts something like that. It's fairly easy. I thought I might have to drill the holes bigger in the frame of this mechanism because the picture shows that it's only 6 mm. I'm using M8 bolts. Which I believe are 8 mm in diameter. But they fit fine and had plenty of room.Tension for tilting back seems very weak. I've tried to tighten it but it leans back too easily.

It seems its always these parts of swivel chairs that breaks...its the light weight "pot" metal that they are made of so they always break/tear in the same spot.FORTUNATELY replacement parts like this are readily available. I bought this HOPING the holes would match up and I'd be able to replace the broken one on my office chair.NO PROBLEM. It fit perfectly and I'm back in my chair. ;)It didn't come with any instructions or even a packing slip but that's ok....it was cheap, it was quick and it fit perfectly, so I'm happy. :)

It worked perfectly for me and I gave my desk chair one more chance.

My immediate impression was how much heavier than the mount I was replacing this was. It was easily twice the heft (and possibly more). The materials - even the plastic ones - were sturdy and had a solid feel. My old chair mount had actually bent and was showing signs of breakage. I am not that heavy (under 300 lbs) but still a beefy guy and it kind of pissed me off that the chair (which was supposed to hold up to 350 lbs) had failed so quickly (less than 2 years).The Besitu fit right in place and make an immediate and dramatic improvement in the comfort, operation and level of the chair. It allowed me to keep the part of the chair I liked (The chair part) without having to spend the money to replace the entire chair.
