One of the best at this price. Solid, clear sound.
I saw some great reviews on these and took a chance. They lived up to the hype. For the money, they are really fantastic. Good balance, and no crazy high end distortion detected. The wear clear and responsive. I spent a few hours with them and had no fatigue. Very comfy to wear and feel as though they will last a while. For the money, I would buy them again.

Budget Fiio's.
These are great for the price! The sound quality is excellent and I personally love the design. The cord length is perfect in my opinion and quality, clarity and function of the mic is also superb. My son couldn't be happier with these headphones.

Substantially more accurate than expected !!
If you enjoy Complex Music, or need to hear detail in the mix and mastering of complex music or want to hear what the musician(s) intended while recording, there simply isn’t anything else available at this price or even double or triple that perform in the manner this JT1 does. Again, For Complex Music, not solos or duos of acoustic instruments, which are better served by different headphones. Why are there so many headphones today? Other than Studio headphones, consumer headphones (regardless of price) are typically designed to a price point and sound profile, where as studio headphones should be as close to dead flat as possible.Complex music does something to all single driver (per channel). The driver (speaker) is attempting to reproduce voltage across the audible frequency spectrum for humans…Think of home speakers… regardless of price, the overwhelming majority have a Woofer, Tweeter or Mid and Subwoofer (there are also many many other designs and materials and methods)… splitting off the frequencies to devices designed to reproduce their respective frequency bands without affecting each other…Most headphones only have 1 driver (speaker) per Ear, and we are asking 1 driver to reproduce the entire audible frequency range… So, while the bass is pounding and creating movement back and forth you can feel, the same driver also has to attempt to deliver vocals and all the upper frequency sounds of cymbals and other things without distorting or becoming out of sync/phase.Some IEM’s (In Ear Monitors) now have as many as 6 drivers for each ear, which is fantastic progress, but most headphones manufacturers are still using 1 driver. These FIIO JT1 Headphones are what I would call a Goldilocks set for complex music… not too much or too little of anything, but just right !! (Especially once they break in somewhere between 180-240hours.Downsides? the Metal Headband is just metal, which only requires flicking it to hear ringing… using various bits and sizes of most grip tapes eliminates this.Comparing these JT1’s to more than 2 dozen known Studio Headphones, I was surprised at how precise they sound, probably the closest to Studio Monitors

Good to Great Budget Closed Back Over Ear Headphones, very comfortable.
Oh FiiO, these are nice, but they could have been great. let me explain, coming from a budget headphone nerd of 20+ years (started with DJ'ing and Studio headphones in the 90's and moved into < $500 "hifi" / "audiophile" headphones in 2020)The Good:- the comfort, certainly not heavy, and not too light - just right, Goldilocks. Ear pads softness arereminiscent of the takstar pro 82's protein pleather, very nice semi hybrid pad (cloth interior).- some of the build is nice metal, and seems sturdy (more on the plastic later)- the dynamic range is pretty good, no available frequency response graphs, but who needs those right? trust your ears.- price point is excellent for those starting out in the hobby and looking for a different flavor in the ever competitive sub $100 range- styling is fairly attractive- very well made OE cable. not common for this price range. probably the best i've seen. but i'll still upgrade, because thats just what we do. inputs are dual end, trs into ea cup. trrs on device end because of microphone. will work with balanced cables for your balanced dac/amp 4.4 connector. The ... not so bad, but not good either.- plastic of cup - its cheap. not 'omg i'm going to break this' cheap. but its noticeably not great. there's a hollow sound when handling that I don't get from any of my other headphones, granted most of them are around $100-$200. but that hollowness is like nails on a chalkboard to me. The non functional grille is a nice metal over lay, but the cup itself is yuck. I believe the micro phonics from the cable is somehow amplified by this type of plastic. not a deal breaker, just a noticeable annoyance every time i hold it.. once it is on my head, i can live with it.- oh yeah, micro phonics... the cable has it... and so do many other cables. as nice as it is, its just the result of the fabric covering, rubbing against my pretentious mock neck 'handle with care' sweaters.. and no buffer at the input jack. oh.. yeah.. that- input jack into the cups are flush plastic holes... probably saved a good amount of cost there... i didnt realize that metal protruding connectors were a luxury, but now i do.The SOuNd - subjective right?- i found the sound stage to be decent for closed backs (dont let the grille fool you, these are vented/ported, but definitely closed).. not too narrow, like right in my frontal lobe, but like if i had my studio monitors maybe two feet from my face- instrument separation is good, not great...- seems to be a drop somewhere in the lower mids or high lows that is noticeable on my acoustic test tracks. i would say the low end bass is nice, except that when i tested on some EDM, where bass is expected to shine, it didnt... 70's acoustic rock is where i'd say these headphones are comfortable at. well mixed or remastered tracks will probably fare better than the vinyl mixes.track test list: Jim Croce - Time in a Bottle, Kenny Rodgers - the gambler, Bread - I want to make it with you, The Internet - Hold On, Hippie Sabotage - Devil Eyes, Eva Cassidy - Over the Rainbow and many others, Khalid - Young Dumb Broke, England Dan and .... the other guy - i really want to see you tonight, Tracy Chapman - the promise, some audiophile spanish guitar stuff, Rihanna - Stay, 311- Amber, Sublime - Santeria, Taste of Honey - Sukiyaki remaster, Raekwon - Incarcerated Scarfaces, Average White Band - Atlantic Avenue, Roy Hamilton - you can have her....Verdict? - if you have a bigger budget, dont bother. you'll be disappointed, but for the <$100 crowd these are a nice-ish build that are a different experience. Pretty sure the company didn't aim for studio quality neutral toned purist pleasers, nor 1hz-100khz fanatics. these are tuned (for what genre, i don't know) and do okay. If these were my FIRST pair of non big box electronics store headphones, i'd be very happy. and even though they aren't, i'm still decently satisfied and will probably shelf queen these for at least a little while. :)

Best headphone for the price without a doubt!!!
I dare to say (after watching a lot of review videos and using it for a year now) that this is the best semi-pro headphones you can get for this price! AMAZING!!! I bought one and used for a couple months, my gf tried and she bought one as well!

Great value and quality for the money
These have a better audio quality than they have a right to at the price. We use them for audio production, and they hold up fairly well compared to more expensive options.
