I bought one to see how it was since the price was so cheap. But loved it so much that I bought 3 more This is easy to clean, easy to fill, and so quiet. Most fountains have so many pieces to clean that they take forever to disassemble and reassemble. I love the red light to tell you the water level is low. I can spot it easily when I enter the room. Don't let the inexpensive price make you think this isn't a great product.

I love this fountain and so do my cats! This is the second one I’ve purchased. I wished the stainless steal lid lasted longer but a year and a half is very impressive. It will get some water marks along the area where the water runs.

I purchased this water fountain as I was looking for something that would catch my 2 cats attention. Well it worked! Before I purchased it, my cats barely drank water out of their water dish! So it concerned me & I figured let me try this product out. My cats love it, they are always drinking from it. It’s easy to assemble, easy to clean and it’s not noisy at all. My only negative part of this product is that you have to clean the tube part often as it gets clogged & it won’t continue to give you that fountain performance. But it’s not a dealbreaker & for the price you can’t beat it. I really like it.

Works and looks great. It's quiet and I love the light indicator. A definite must have if you need a cat water fountain.

It was working fine for a short while. It was easy to clean and change the filter. My cat didn’t care for it as Inch as I thought but I liked the fact the water was continuously flowing and wasn’t nasty stagnant water. But after 2.5 months the water pump stopped working so now I took the whole lid off and it is now stagnant again. Although the light mechanism still works

12/20/24 update - I bought 2 of these over the summer, about a month apart from each other. The pump stopped working on the newer one after only anoutb2 months. Water level was kept high and I've cleaned it as instructed. Bought a new water pump and no issues on that one again. Now the water pump from the first original fountain I bought has stopped working. Never let the water level get past about half full. If this is going to be a constant thing and I have to buy a new water pump every few months it's be easier to just get a new fountain each time and save myself some scrubbing from the hard water stains. Will be looking for a new brand of fountain to try. --- I have 2 cats and they like the fountain enough. It's quiet and only need to top off the water every few days. Saw a couple reviews mentioning the pump doesn't line up with the metal plate - the tube isn't exactly in the middle so it does matter which way you have the pump facing - the cord should be coming off to yhe right and not the left. It doesn't come with a wall adapter, just ends in a USB plug. Other fountains I've tried include the wall piece. Also the edges of the metal plate aren't exactly sharp but you could hurt or slice your hand if not careful

I'm so happy I bought this fountain. I've tried other cat fountains but because these other fountains would splash water drops that would hit the cats in the face when they would try to drink they would never use them. This fountain runs quietly without splashing any water on my cats. Assembly was very easy and I had it up and running in under 5 minutes. The first cat was drinking in less than ten minutes.

I wanted a second pet fountain for my cats so I wouldn’t have to fill them up as often, and this one was a perfect choice at such a good price!! My favorite thing about it is how easy it is to clean! I’ve used it now for a few months and it’s performed perfectly. The pump it comes with is the same pump that many of the more expensive fountains have. If you keep it clean, it will work forever! The 2.5L size is great for people with a couple cats or small dogs. Probably wouldn’t be enough for big dogs unless you don’t mind filling it more frequently. The filters are easily replaceable and there are many options on Amazon. Couldn’t believe how affordable it was compared to some of the other fountains on here.

The fountain works. Only the drinking dish is stainless, the rest is plastic below. Coulda saved a few dollars and got the all plastic model. Worked with a usb power supply rates at half the recommended amperage, which allowed me to use an old leftover PS that I had no purpose for.

Excellent fountain. Needed a replacement for a fountain i had for several years so was quite picky when researching so many options. This machine is SO QUIET. it also has a slightly angled water dish which i find my cats love and the fountain is soft flowing, gentle which my cats prefer to a spouty waterfall. Easy to clean and put back together. Happy with this purchase for sure.

This product did not come with the filter, even though I specifically selected and paid for the additional filter when placing my order. Now that I’ve received the item, the filter is missing, and there seems to be no way to return or resolve this issue. I feel like I’ve been scammed, and I’m very disappointed
