I very rarely write a review but after an hour of trying to get this thing to work, I have to say something. Here's the list of things that don't work: (1) only one time face; (2) can't change time face; (3) no way to add other formats; (4) most of the pictures in the ad don't look anything like the product itself; (5) in the ad and instructions, the bottom of the app shows 5 icons, but in reality only 3 icons; (6) the support videos are just advertising for the product with music, show nothing about how to use the product other than to set up network. For the cost, it should at least work. The worst product I have purchased in at least the last 5 years.
