Great fun
This remote controlled car is great fun. It is quite small and sleek with 4 big bumper type wheels, so it doesn’t hurt furniture too much when it bumps into it.The car comes with two rechargeable battery’s and charger and also comes with a screwdriver to undo the battery compartment. It is quite nippy for a little thing and great fun to play with.

Basic tech. Could be better
The media could not be loaded. I'm somewhat disappointed by this RC drift car. I've had others in this price range that have been more professionally built, with full functional controls, etc. This is very basic in comparison.Externally, the car looks quite good from the top. The shell is sturdy and will withstand a few knocks, etc.The batteries are modular, which is an advantage over ones where you have to unscrew a cover to change them. 2 batteries are included, although they're only a measley 500mAh. On the plus side, at least they charge quickly via usb.The transmitter is a little smaller than what you'd normally get, although it does everything you need it to, including changing speed and turning the lights on and off.Frustratingly, the steering isn't digital proportional and doesn't use a servo. It's literally off, left or right. It even makes a noise when turned to the extreme. The motor / drive system is annoyingly loud. It's comparable to an electric drill. It's so noisy, it makes it frustrating to use. In fact, I was worried that the neighbour was going to complain! It's also not proportional, so off or on, but no slow crawling speed. The 4 wheel drive is quite rudimentary as it's literally all 4 wheels fixed in sync.It does drift, but it's hard to properly do it due to fixed speed on acceleration and the non-proportuonal steering. You can't have the steering on half-lock, for example. With practice and taking this somewhere where noise doesn't matter, I'm sure it'll be fun for a child to play with and it's not awful to drive around, but my expectations were certainly for better. For the price.Perhaps I've been a little over-critical, but I feel that my 3 star review is probably quite generous.
