Perfect and pretty
Had an electrician install because my wiring was old. I get tired of playing this old house. He had it done is 15 minutes each. Pairs very well with the phone. Looks beautiful. I finally know the temperature in my home and don't have to look at nicotine stained guages from the 70s. They glow bright at night which helps with the nightlight situation. You can adjust that though. Easily turned them off for the summer, installed before the tariffs. They turned on the heaters right away and worked great, one room was blazing hot all the time, meaning the thermostat was bad. Good pricing, and I want smart home all the way. Electric baseboard heaters can only have certain smart thermostats and mysa was one of two when I was looking. Bought three, for each room that needed a new one, and they are sleek and small and just show the room temperature. You can set up a schedule on your phone. Turn off the thermostat for the summer. Monitor those weird snap cold days where it rains all week and the temp drops and keeping pets comfortable while away at work. Only for the heater, I dont have it for a/c. I have portable a/c units for this old house.

Good Choice For My Application
I bought the Lite version to replace an existing thermostat for a single baseboard heater. The installation was pretty straightforward in my case - and the instructions were very complete, between the printed booklet and online information. They make it easy to contact support, although I can't comment on response time or helpfulness, as I didn't have to do so. Connection was a bit frustrating. After following the instructions for Bluetooth setup, I could see that the device was connected when looking at the admin screen for my router. However, the connection procedure continued to fail on my iPhone. I decided to create an online account on the Mysa website and try again. Success! So if you're having trouble with setup, give that a try. Once connected, it was easy to set the temperature format. It seems to accurately control our heater, and is quite sensitive. I haven't used any of the more advanced features like scheduling and such, as my wife uses this room at all different hours of the day and night. Construction is solid, and the design is sleek and simple. According to the literature, it should be compatible with a range of other high voltage (120 and 240 VAC) devices. Although there were a number of remote thermostats to choose from, the Mysa had all the features I thought we'd ever need, at a competitive price. The Amazon reviews also helped me choose. Overall, I really like this little unit, and I'm considering a Mysa thermostat for our furnace as well.

Great App—Iffy Installation
We installed these in our vacation home, which doubles as an Airbnb when we are not using it ourselves. The condo is in a ski resort area, which gets pretty cold in the winter. We wanted the ability to remotely make sure the thermostats were set to avoid pipes freezing when no one was there, but also to be sure short term guests did not leave the unit with heat turned up resulting in excessive electricity usage. Once installed, these thermostats are great. The app allows us to set limits on how high or low the temperature can be set. Great cost savings and avoids maintenance issues. The reason for four stars instead of five is installation. I am a pretty decent DIY guy. I’ve installed similar items before. However, the directions that came with this one did not prepare me for what I found. Our condominium was built in the 70s, And the wiring for the old thermostats was unlike any example shown in the directions that came with these new ones. Even when I hired a general maintenance person to come in and install them after I was unable, he couldn’t figure it out either. Had to bring in a licensed electrician who got it done. If your present, thermostats are not that old, you would probably be fine. But for older wiring, you may need help.

Best ever installation instructions... Works with Alexa and more...
Mysa thermostats are showing a savings in my electric bill compared to the very old mercury type. Easy installation with superb instructions that is very safety oriented... Just ordered 2 more... Changing the entire house 2 at a time...

Almost Perfect Minimalistic Smart Thermostat
I purchased several of these Mysa Lite thermostats to replace some old school knob thermostats to control my electric baseboards. They were very easy to install and configure. The app is user friendly, and lets you set hourly and daily schedules, or hold at a certain temperature for a given length of time. The only two issues I ran into are 1) Requires a neutral wire, so could be difficult to replace an older thermostat with only hot wires; 2) Does not integrate perfectly into third-party apps like Google Home--every now and then, it de-syncs with Google Home and doesn't allow me to change the temperature. The workaround is that it'll re-sync with Google once you open the Mysa app. Good build quality and value for the money compared to other smart thermostats for electric baseboards.

Works great, easy to install. Horrible wifi connection
Edit.... After several days of losing wifi connection and Mysa support contacting me and asking me to download an app to test connection with wifi. I've decided to send this back. I've tried moving the wifi extender within 3 feet of thermostat. Meanwhile I have a dryer and fridge that use 2.4ghz on the extender and the fridge and dryer have never lost wifi connection. So... It's not my router, extender or wifi coverage, it's the thermostat.I was hesitant about the "3 wire” requirement. Yes it does require 3 wires, however not the typical 220 I was thinking. My setup is a 20 amp, breaker with a 120 volt line. A black (hot) white ( neutral) and ground (bare copper). The red wire from Mysa tied into the white ( neutral). The black (hot) went to the load on Mysa and the other Black ( hot) went to the line on Mysa. The wires are not interchangeable and if you wire it wrong, Mysa will not turn on. Simply switch the 2 hot wires to the other load and line wires of Mysa and Mysa will turn on. The thermostat easily connected to my WiFi. The only minor issue I had was downloading the firmware update. I'm very pleased with this thermostat.
