This exercise wheel is much more sturdier and easy to balance on than the single wheel version. I also like that the arm rests are padded. I recommend this purchase.

I bought one off tik tok that didn’t compare this one is sturdier and has an adjustable leveler if your taller it works as long as you do the work

So far, I have used it twice for only 1 min. I skipped a day between uses. My stomach is so sore, and it hurts to laugh. LOL! Perfect! that is how I know it is working.Note be careful when picking it up. The front handles slip right off when you try to carry. I consider that a slight drawback.
