Zero crashes so far.
I've had this thing running for a month now and it hasn't crashed a single time. I wanted stability and that's exactly what I got. I tried a gigabyte designare 10G before this and I had to return it because it was crashing literally every day.My only issue with this motherboard is that by default, it overclocks the processor a bit. I disabled that when I got it so I can't say if that would have caused an issue.Build is...Asus WS X299 PRO/SEIntel i9-10980XEG.Skill 128GB DDR4 PC4-25600 3200MHz Ripjaws V (F4-3200C16Q-128GVK) with the XMP profile DISABLED for now. The system has proven its stability without it so I'll experiment with it on soon.A quadro gpuand a corsair closed loop cooler for the CPU.Edit: 6 months in and still hasn't crashed. Highly recommend this for stability.

Very Nice Mother Board...
I really love this board... I tied 4 different EVGA Motherboards and they would not work for me. Could not utilize all the slots.... Went with ASUS and it works great. I have never been let down from going with ASUS, and I am not sure why I strayed this time... Great Motherboard, Works great, Very Very fast.

Asus WS X299 Pro/SE
When I first got this Motherboard, I thought things were working good. The only problem I had was that the cooling fans didn't seem to have the power they needed. I changed a few fans, and move the connections around a bit, but was still having a major problem. Then I found the liquid cooling system was losing power, and I would have to reboot to get them back up to speed. I called Asus Support to get this figured out. They had me do a few things that didn't help, and then I get an email telling me to go to Qfan and set the fan speed that way. I had been in the BIOS, and didn't see it the few times I was setting up the system, but figured I just missed it. When I couldn't find it I started to look around the net to try and figure out what was going on. Come to find out, that doesn't exist on this Motherboard's BIOS. There is no way to adjust the cooling fans via the BIOS. Not only that, but this seems to be a problem on a lot of the WS X299 Pro/SE boards. When the fans work, it's a fair board, but when you have to keep rebooting to start the fans again, it's a pain. I guess it was just a poorly designed Motherboard.I will have to send it in for repairs so they say, and I had to buy a new motherboard so that we are not without a computer. Not sure how well it will work once we get it back, but will see..

A little pricy
I got this motherboard after my previous one died, due to faulty cables. Asus boards are built well and have good value as well as this one.
