The cycle is sturdy overall but issue with the tube volve
I bought 2 bikes recently and was very happy as the bikes really look very good and sturdy. But got flat tire within 2 months because of the valve issue. The tube valve is free and it don't have any cover from outside for the grip. Hence if you get any less air the tube rotate easily and the valve got damaged within 2 months. I had to order new tube and replace it which is very costly to change. My suggestion is they should improve slightly the design so that the valve has grip and the tube will not move freely and leave its place. I hope you take the feedback constructively and improve.Update: I have sent email to the customer support about the issue and they helped me with the faulty part (tube) replacement. Hence updating my review from 4 to 5 *.

Amazing customer service!
We’ve ordered two Royalbaby bikes for my kids in the past and they are really great quality. Solid, tires are thick and really well made. My kids put their bikes through the wringer, and they have held up great. We ordered a new bike for my daughter because she sized up - when we received the new bike, the bearing was broken on the back wheel causing the wheel to shake and the chain to come off. I contacted support and they sent me a replacement tire that I received 3 days later. Unfortunately, the tire wasn’t the correct modelfor the bike, so I reached out again and they replaced the entire bike. The process was so smooth and easy and Akash was amazing. Super kind and professional. While it is a bummer the bike was broken, they went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and my girl got her new bike. I will forever be a Royalbaby customer!

OVERPRICED but cute bike
Pros- bike was not damaged. Easy assemble. Perfect size for my 2 year old. They provide the tools needed. He loves the bell (eye roll lol) and the bike.Cons- OVERPRICED!!! there's a bike just like this for about $80max(didnt get it because it was out of stock)..this one is $200+ and nothing special about it. instructions are garbage. I struggled with attaching the left pedal and started to think i was sent 2 right pedals...i just had to twist left to tighten instead of the usual "righty tighty". My main issue is the breaks or the pedals i should say. The pedals are not your breaks (hand breaks only) so instead the pedals are able to be pushed backwards and of course it wont move the bike. Probably shouldve got pedal breaks. My son (first bike) will push the pedals backwards all day and not move. The tires seem a bit deflated. The bike is heavy for a toddler. That matters when it falls on them after a bad turn etc.To sum it up the bike overpriced. Its easy to assemble. My son loves it. We just have to work a bit more as far as breaking. Also be sure to tighten everything as much as possible! My sons seat started twisting just from him sitting on it so i could adjust it to his size. I just had to go back in and do some serious tightening but its stable now. Will update if any issues occur.

Great Bike
This bike came nearly fully assembled. All you have to do is put the handlebars and pedals on and then some accessories if you want or can install them. It was very easy to assemble those parts. My only gripe is with the seat all the way down, you can’t install the rear LED or the mud flap because there is no room. The bike rides really well straight out of the box and my son loved it. I like the rear brake setup, I’ve never seen an internal brake like that before. Usually it’s an exposed disc or visible pads on the rim but this has a brake drum hub type assembly. When it’s time to pickup the next size up, I would highly consider this brand.

Built to last
Sleek looking BMX like style. Arrived in brand new condition and is a bit bigger than what my 7yr old can handle but he is constantly attempting to master it not to mention the growing room he'll have for it. Pedals are easy to reach and has a bit of weight to it but it's too much of a problem, just noticeable. The wheel guards are a plus and block a lot of mud from riding up his back as he treads through mud puddles. Make sure you have a bike pump whereas it had no air in the tires. Maybe it's a shipping issue but other than that, I'll buy a smaller bike for his up and coming sister in 6months.

Great First Bike for Busy Parents: Easy Assembly, Sturdy Build
The media could not be loaded. This bike is a great choice for parents looking for a durable and easy-to-assemble bike for their little ones. Here's what impressed me the most:Easy Assembly: I was able to put the bike together in about 30 minutes, thanks to the straightforward instructions.Sturdy Build: The bike feels very well-made and should be able to withstand the bumps and bruises that come with learning to ride. This is important for those who want a bike that will last for a few years.Overall, this is a great first bike for toddlers. It's easy to put together, feels very sturdy, and is sure to provide your child with hours of fun.
