Tangy, apple-y, with brown, caramel undertone. Like sweetened boiled cider.
I LOVE this. If you love Apple like I do, you’ll love it too. If you’re looking for something that tastes exactly like honey, then maybe not. Have you ever had boiled cider? The flavor of this is like if you took boiled cider and added sugar. It has a tangy apple flavor with a browned, almost caramelly undertone. It’s sweet, but far less sweet than honey. Since I love sweet, I end up using a lot more of this than I would honey in tea. I wish they sold this in a bigger thing. But straight out of the container onto my finger, the flavor is just so yummy. I’ve only used it for tea so far, but I think it would shine on top of anything. I think it would be amazing to use this for baklava!! 😍

Yes! Vegan honey!!
It’s almost impossible to find vegan honey and this one has a nice flavor. I use it in tea and will never know the difference

I like it
I like it. It tastes sweet but different than honey. It's made from apples. I use it sometimes in my smoothies to make it a little sweeter. I think it's more expensive than it needs to be. I've had it about 4 months and am almost out I'm ready to purchase more.

Tastes just like (lemon and) honey!
The texture is perfect, the flavor is just like honey, but with a lemony tang. I do wish it had a true honey flavor, but not enough to dock it a star. I'm so happy this stuff is back!

Leaks
Container leaks. Must be kept upright. Leaks when I put it upside down or on the side to use it. I spent more time on clean-up than use. Other honey manufacturers have better containers. I contacted the supplier and found out they planned to update the bottle; when I asked to be contacted at that time, the rep said I would need to keep checking back. No timeline and the expectation that I would email indefinitely wasn't right for me. Customer service?I saw this product on Shark Tank and appreciated that more bees would be left to thrive in nature and keep their own honey, when this product was purchased. The two female entrepreneurs seemed to care about bees, and the Sharks liked the "honey". Maybe for the distributor this is just a product and creating a loyal, long-term customer base isn't important.

Tastes very good
Just for a change from honey I tried this and it tastes very good. It can be used wherever is used or when a sweetener is needed.

Yummy!
I really like the taste of this "honey". I tasted it before using it in my tea and it tastes like something I could eat on top of a slice of bread. No it does not taste like honey but it tastes perfect in my tea. I really missed the taste of honey and lemon in my tea since I adopted a plant-based lifestyle and this hits the spot. I don't miss the honey, this product is a nice blend of sweet and lemon, so for me, it's 2 in 1! I also notice, I use less of this product than I did when I used honey, a little goes a long way. The texture is also very similar to honey. I will definitely continue to but this bee free "honey".

It doesn’t taste like honey
The consistency is runny, not thick. The taste is very tart, sour. Not sweet at all.
