Troxel Very Peri Duratec Liberty Helmets

Love these helmets. The helmets are well made. They give me a sense of security when my children wear them while riding horses.

It’s very snug fitting and it’s very comfortable

I was unsure on the sizing, but I went through almost all the reviews and decided to try a Medium. It seemed like most people who had the mediums worked out well, and I don’t have an abnormally large or small head lol! I wear approx. a size 7 in hat sizes. I was definitely prepared to return/replace for a smaller or larger size, but thankfully, the medium was PERFECT! I also tried to use the measurements as listed, but ultimately I just winged it!The dial-fit system is great for adjusting to get a snug fit, and I don’t have to use the flip-fold system either, so I can’t comment on how well that works or doesn’t. It’s just an all-around great fit! It’s comfortable, light-weight, and even though it’s the winter, it breathes well while riding. I’m hoping that during the summer months it’ll keep my head cool! This is my first riding helmet I’ve owned since I was a kid (no joke), and I’m extremely happy with the purchase. I bought my kids the Ovation helmets which are good as well, but I’ve heard the Troxels are pretty top-notch. You pay a little more for them but it’s well worth the little extra!Overall, extremely happy with this purchase!

With it being a lighter weight than some of the others I was happy, however I found it was a little hotter than I like. It is easy to use and works decent for what it is worth, and holds up to being dropped.

I’ve only worn this once so far, but it was exactly as expected. It seemed like great quality. No complaints!
