Working great! Bought for my non-service dogs first air travel experience when we were getting from home and to our gate and he didn’t HAVE to be in his under-seat, airline approved carrier. I knew he would be a little high and didn’t want him in the way so this worked out great. He was very happy in this bag. The board in the bottom makes a huge difference for his comfort. I tried it out at an outdoor restaurant before our trip and he actually preferred being in the bag as opposed to just being on my lap because it felt sturdier. He is just 13 yo and under 15 pounds, he IS tall BUT fit perfectly in this bag and was very comfortable to carry. I would recommend this for anyone that wants an easy way to carry a small dog traveling or otherwise.

I bought this bag for my cockapoo who is 16lbs. This bag was a lifesaver. Took her to colombia with me and she had no issues getting inside the bag. She loved the bag so much she didn't want to get out. We got so many compliments on her bag and how functional it was. Definitely has a safety features to make sure your dog is secure inside. Quality of the bag was very good and sturdy but yet comfortable for your pet. I totally recommend this bag.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I chose this because it seemed cute enough and looked soft and comfy and while it is very soft and comfortable, its not very sturdy as far as a dog carrier goes.

I got this one for my 13 lb poodle. It is a good size bag. But the one I got had a very bad smell. My dog was in the bag for 5-minute trial and got a bad smell whole day. I think the smell is from the material.
