This mold is so thoughtfully designed. I expected high-quality from Silkomart, and they really came through. The two-piece set-up of the hard plastic portion makes it easy to unmold a frozen product. The silicone liners mean it won’t stick.I made a buche de Noel with an outer layer of mousse for which I used the flat insert and had zero trouble. I used the diamond-patterned insert to make a chocolate shell, and it came out shiny and gorgeous. The mold held up to repeated trips in and out of the freezer. I hand-washed it, but it might withstand a commercial dishwasher.I had some anxiety over shipping. The item arrived later than it was supposed to, but just in time to start prepping for an event. This is just to say, don’t dither over ordering - this is the mold you want, so order it now rather than at the last minute!

This worked perfectly to make an ice cream roll! Do wish it was a bit longer and wider on the top but all good. No problem unfolding. Mine came with a decorative sheet and a smooth one.

It's OK product. But 2 out of three panties were the wrong size. One of them was sawn thru and thru, so you can't wear it. 4 panties for that price not such good deal.
