Got the switch with the whole bundle. Had a slight problem with the docking station. The customer service was hassle free and they took care of us right away.

This is perfect, it works as expected and it looked brand new. My grandson loves it. 💯

Literally played the switch twice. Never hooked to the TV even. And then it didnt turn on or hook up or well it didn't do anything actually. And I will say yes I got a refund without issue thankfully but there isn't any other switches for that price out there and I don't want to pay $50 or more to replace one I paid for that didn't work, I would like to find one for the same price or at least closer considering I bought so many games and all the accessories.

BUY! I bought this for my 5 year old because he was jealous of his brother’s. I knew he would manhandle it so I figured I’d take a chance and buy refurbished. It came quickly and is in great condition. It also came with a bunch of stuff that I didn’t expect considering it was renewed.

My grandson just received his switch for Christmas and was so excited. I appreciate on how quick the present was shipped because all I wanted was to make sure he had it. I also bought the warranty for 2 years just because he is hard on electronics.

My boyfriend got me this for our 1 year and I LOVE IT!! I play it almost every day!! It is truly so much fun and a great thing to do when you’re bored!

Bought this because the switch went up in price, and I will say it works great. There was only minor micro scratches on the screen, just from where it would have rubbed on the dock, and was in great condition otherwise. I dropped 2 stars because of the accessories, mainly just the joy-cons. Yeah, they're third-party, feel really cheap, buttery work. The dock, hdmi cable, and power supply were also all third-party, though that is quite reasonable. There is no inherent benefit to having a Nintendo labeled hdmi cable or power supply, nor even with the dock, as Nintendo's own have had issues with scratching and damaging the switch screen. I really just wish the joy-cons were real- I would strongly recommend getting authentic ones for handheld play- although other than that I have no grievances with the console. Definitely great value with the rising price of brand new consoles

Joycons didn’t work so had to buy new ones for $120 so that was disappointing on Christmas Day but the unit seems to be working fine…except for the memory card which didn’t work so cost us another $110 to get fixed. Pathetic.
