Well made but
We bought it to use with our canning pots, including our pressure canner. Unfortunately it overheats and shuts off the burner. You can only use it on medium heat

unsatisfactory for use on my induction cook top.
Unlike the 8" interface disc, the 11" one allows the burner to turn off shortly after it becomes hot.

No frills purchace
Works as expected. The adhesive holding the product info is hard to get off (never came off entirely) and left three small (.5x.5 inch) marks on he surface. This doesn't impede use at all.
