These were AWESOME! No mess! There is ALOT of streamer inside. Used for my daughters 1000 varsity points.

If you follow the instructions, they work just fine. You can't just pop them on and start flailing, you have to either perforate or remove the tissue paper covering or the streamers won't pop out. That being said...although they do function as expected, I think I prefer the more traditional paper version of these poppers. Because the streamers are so long and skinny, this style of popper tends to get really tangly. When it's paper it is easier to get untangled because you can just rip your way out of them. Plastic doesn't tear as easily, so you just get all tangled up. Not a huge issue, just not my preference. The particular yellow used for these is nice, it's kind of pearly.

literally does not pop- don't waste your money. Bought and tossed in the trash- amazon wouldn't refund without an item to return.

Fun, great for easy clean-up(but be careful because they tangle around your feet), but they aren’t the easiest to use. You have to peel the paper off of them and make sure you keep them upright or the streamers will roll out prior to your celebration. We used these for my daughter’s bell ringing ceremony. The quality was ok, but not what I expected. They were almost equivalent to a thin plastic.
