Q: Does the ik9 1.5l foam sprayer produce foam using any type of cleaner? i am thinking about using it using simple green.

Probably would. I've used many different car wash solutions in it and if you keep it pumped up it puts out a since foam.

Q: Does the included nozzle have adjustable spray pattern?

The nozzle will only adjust in a horizontal or vertical pattern, with a turn of the nozzle piece.

Q: Can i use clr in this to make the foam like it does with the spray bottle?

Yes but, you will need to pump a lot. Love this sprayer i used to do waterless car wash really fast.
