Good product

Seems to be a great product. I have had foot pain for years and was told B1 could help so I ordered this. It seems to have really helped! I do think I like the ease of a bottle better than a bag, but there are a lot of gel-pills in here so it would take a big bottle. Several people have complained about the size, but I have no problem at all. They are very smooth going down and shaped well so I don't see the issue. Will buy again.

These supplements are big, but they aren’t hard to swallow. It’s hard to determine if they are working, but I do feel better. I will buy this brand again.

If you have a hard time swallowing capsules then these might not be the best for you. The capsules are like an oval shape and pretty large. I don’t normally have trouble swallowing supplements but these get lodged in my throat and I have to swallow a piece of bread to get them to go all the way down my throat. It’s kinda scary when you feel like a capsule is stuck and it hurts. So just beware. Otherwise this is a good product.

The caps are so fat I can’t swallow them. Have to cut them open to get the b1 out. Love the fact they have no unwanted products in them.
