This aqua pup Skye was an unbeatable price. When you propel the manta ray forward, the fins move up and down. Very cute touch, and Skye can be fixed to the back to ride the ray. Reasonable priced toy to make your little one happy and entertained.

My daughter loves paw patrol and obviously gravitated towards the female pup figures. She asked for a Coral (mermaid/merpup) figure so I decided to get the Skye and Manta Ray figure as well; Coral and Skye are related. I got this when it was under $10 and I think it was worth it. The manta ray moves and Skye is painted in detail. Currently Amazon is selling the set for a bit over $20. I would say it's a ripoff and you'll wait instead.
