Good Quality and Customer service
It's a good quality product, which we feel on hand. And their customer service also is good. For such a small product, they are taking direct customer feedback and also provides warranty.

Good product, good support
Product works without any issues except once i claimed my warranty. They were very good with warranty support as well.Only minor negative point is that there is a courier charge for shipping the replacement which is not mentioned anywhere in the description.

Product is good and service is even better.
I ordered this product in December, worked well initially for 3 months but after that it did not work. Then i decided to raise a complaint as product was under warranty and after submitting all relevant proofs and details to the team, i got it replaced with a new charger and the team at fedus was very helpful in providing me the solution throughout.Thanks for the service Team Fedu.

Great product with warranty
It's working as expected, good thing with this charger that it comes with warranty unlike other Chinese charger who doesn't work properly may be after weeks or couple of months. Happy to found it out
