These are an excellent, inexpensive way to reduce pain from falling arches. I bought a pair to see if they worked. After the first week of wearing them in my shoes daily, I re-ordered more; the pain in my back and feet was considerably less than the level I had been before using these inserts. Easy to use- remove your existing insoles and pop these in. There is padding where you need it at your heel and toe areas and stiffness in the arch with just enough flex to make these very comfortable to wear. I could wear them for the whole day the first day I put them in my shoes, although they recommend only a few hours and building up.

After I started playing piccolo ball again this spring, I started having pain in the arches of my feet. I had never experienced that before. No it was not plantar fasciitis. I have very high arches. Just on the off chance they would help, I purchased a set of these arches. I took out the existing removable arches in my pickleball shoes and inserted these. Originally they felt a little bit weird. The pain was gone and I don't even notice them anymore.

I have wide feet with high arches. I purchased the Women's NB X Hierro Mid Gortex in 7EE, but there was absolutely no arch support in them. The arch support in the the Cruvheal High Arch Support inserts are WAY higher than most other brands. I am very happy with them. The box provides a discount code of 20% if I want to order another paid, which I likely will.

Put these in my daily work boots and took out my orthopedic insole replaced with these. So far good would recommend.

I bought these for high arches and plantar fasciitis as well as extra padding in shoes with a firm sole. When I took them out of the box, I was disappointed to find that they're paper thin with almost no padding anywhere, much less the heel. There's no heel cup and no heel padding or support. The high arch support is ok, but I found after a half day's wear that the arch support was starting to collapse. Because they are so thin, the toe area bunches up in the shoe and hurts my toes. I did trim them to the size of the shoe insoles. They also don't absorb sweat well. My feet feel damp and sticky while wearing them (without socks). Hard pass.

Not much padding for comfort , Arch is okay , Way Too Thin disappointed
