Although it’s plastic, it’s great! Holds paper well, dispenses fine and super easy (little key included but not necessary to use) to open it and refill inside.

Easy to install and to use. Good size for office use. The plastic seems to be good quality but someone careless broke one of ours. I guess if you deal with irresponsible people you should get one made of metal. Other than that it’s been a great

Pedi este dispensador de papel para el baño de nuestra iglesia y es perfecto. No quería usar un dispensador que tuviera sensor ya que los detesto, tener que pasar la mano una y otra vez para que el papel salga, me hace perder tiempo. Y los otros que tienen una palanca, desde el COVID no me agradan. Así que este es perfecto. No pierdes tiempo ni tienes que tocarlo. Es perfecto, práctico y más higiénico. Buen producto

Excellent paper towel holder to not take up too much space by my handwashing sink, but to still pass inspection for my food truck!

This product is made of plastic so I was a bit worried when I purchased it but purchased it anyway because it was a more cost-effective option. Even though it’s not one of the metal ones, it still looks great in my half bathroom and goes with the rest of the decor. It looks just as sleek as I pictured. It was easy to assemble. Our plans to order another one for my other guest bathroom.
