Just what we needed.
The item says heavy duty and that is no lie! This is a great ladder and my husband found it easy to assemble. I just hope we never have to use it in an emergency, but feel much better having it.

bushing that is inside flanges should be mostly inside these flanges, which make holes bored larger.
good product and easy to assemble. Seems very strong and will hold up to time outside.

Every bolt for the steps are wobbly and will not tighten! It won’t even pass a inspection

The ladder did NOT come with hardware. It did come with a tool for missing hardware. 1 or 0 star rating

Probably a good fit if ladder is hung vertically against a wall. But if put on an angle, as I had to do, up against the basement opening, it bends and sways in the middle from one's weight. Which makes it quite unstable. I wouldn't call this 'heavy duty', as advertised.
