I love this double-sided pan for making tortillas and frittatas! It’s sturdy and has a nice weight, but still easy to handle. The silicone edge is a game-changer—nothing leaks out when flipping, and clean-up is so much easier. Heat spreads evenly, so the tortilla comes out golden every time. Yes, it’s almost twice the price of other brands, but honestly, the quality and results make it totally worth it. Even the packaging felt premium. If you enjoy making tortillas or frittatas at home, this pan is a great investment.

Love my new skillet! Still getting used to the flipping and cooking time, but all worked out fine. I use it now for omelets and scrambled eggs. The gasket on the pan DOES WORK at preventing leakage. The pans stay locked together using a strong magnet in the handle. The skillet is very non-stick. So easy to clean. Heats up faster than my other induction pans. Because it is so easy to clean, I wash it by hand. I do not want to take a chance of the dishwasher damaging the non-stick coating, had it happen to other pans in the past.

This skillet is perfect for the job. Its durable and has some weight to it. So if you have weak hands and, or experiencing pain make sure you use both hands to flip it when ready. Just a heads up on that. Otherwise, I am really pleased with the product.

Ero stanco di girare le frittate con accrocchi fatti al momento, in passato avevo acquistato una cosa simile in alluminio molto più leggera e il risultato era stato deludente. Questa padella in ghisa è bella pesante, stabile e super antiaderente. Si percepisce la qualità costruttiva tenendola in mano. La chiusura è assicurata da due magneti posizionati sul manico e la tenuta da una guarnizione in silicone lungo tutta la circonferenza. L'ho lavata in lavastoviglie più volte ed è rimasta perfetta. Mai più frittate senza di lei. Inoltre ho scoperto molte altre possibilità di utilizzo molto efficaci.

Esta sartén doble es simplemente fantástica para hacer tortillas de patatas. El resultado es profesional, quedan perfectas y esponjosas desde el primer intento. El recubrimiento antiadherente funciona de maravilla y hace que darle la vuelta a la tortilla sea un juego de niños, sin que se pegue absolutamente nada. El aluminio fundido distribuye el calor de manera muy uniforme, lo cual es clave para que las patatas se cocinen bien. Como punto a tener en cuenta, debido a la calidad de su material, tienen un peso considerable; se siente muy robusta en la mano, lo cual es indicativo de su durabilidad, pero es algo a considerar al manipularla. Es una inversión que recomiendo totalmente si eres amante de las tortillas.

Its easy to use and makes a perfect tortilla shape without having to do anything. Its easy to flip and non stick. The package comes with Spanish only instructions and recipes. but you can easily work out what to do. A great addition to the kitchen.
