Great flavor but way too finely ground
I was lucky to live on Kauai for a couple of years. The single largest coffee plantation in the United States is located there. That is when I first learned and came to love peaberry coffee. Now it’s my preferred coffee. This is the second I’ve tried from Tanzania and they couldn’t be more different. This is way too finely ground for drip/pour over/french press brewing. It makes for a muddy coffee experience albeit still with great flavor. If you’re looking for a great espresso grind this is for you. If not, there are better options.

Great taste, happy tummy
This is the only coffee I've found that is low acid, mold tested and affordable, with a good taste. My stomach is happy and I'm not running to the bf bathroom every few minutes. It's a win for me! I will note, the opening is small, as others have complained about. For me it's not an issue, as I have tiny hands.

Best coffee I've had
I considered myself a regular coffee drinker until I tried Jamaican blue mountain coffee grown on the wallenford estate. This is what I now think a cup of coffee should be. And even though the price is a little hefty, I would pay this gladly anytime for this cup of absalute heaven in my hands!

This coffee is expensive; tastes like NOTHING! Boring, plain, almost no flavor.
I did not become a coffee snob until someone introduced me to Nespresso coffee (and the machine) about 10 years ago. Since that experience, I have been trying to find something close enough in flavor and that experience, that does not break the bank. Simply stated, I expect to buy a high quality coffee at $ 18 a pound, whereby when I add two bags of Splenda, my coffee should be HEAVEN. To this day, none of the common store brands, like Folgers, Mc Donald's, Dunkin, Pilon, Cafe Valet, Seattle's Best, Starbucks and the list goes on and on, will satisfy what I truly expect. Unfortunately, I read that Nespresso beans are sourced in Guatemala. In my ignorance, I figured I would be stepping up by buying varieties from that same volcanic region. And after finding this brand I bought this week, I am beside myself because I cannot get this coffee to produce any kind of memorable flavor. In desperation, tried blending it with more bold varieties, or adding creamers of different flavors and using different brewing methods. I only wish this coffee came with a warning label, "if you like coffee with strong character, this NOT for you." Yes, it is smooth, low acid, but tastes like old coffee whose flavor has faded to barely noticeable. You know it is coffee, but it seems to be weak in taste even if you measured it out properly for the amount of water you added. The coffee has no punch, the finish is thin, unremarkable. Cannot wait to be done with this bag. Mind you, Volcanica produces other varieties, but I found better pricing locally at the stores. I also consulted Co-Pilot AI, which after telling it the coffee brands and varieties I prefer, (which is a palate preference) it said varieties like Monsoon Malabar, (this is not a brand, it is a variety) are more suited to my expectations. It also gave pages of details why my experience with this coffee was such a huge disappointment. It made suggestions to various international varieties, with emphasis on darker roasts, that may include both Arabica and Robusta. Key words to look for my future hunting were "dark roast, punch, heavy notes of chocolate, caramel, some bitterness thickness, syrupy." This coffee is NONE of these. Do your research before you buy and perhaps THIS mild, tame Guatemalan coffee is what your palate seeks.
