Fit Perfect on my 2005 GMC Sierra 1500 5.3L
My original GM belt went 18 years 174k miles. I tried to buy the original GM OEM belt again, but Amazon couldn't ship it for a few weeks. My old belt was so bad I didn't want to take a chance going on a trip at the end of the month, so I bought the 2nd best thing. AC Delco aftermarket, fits properly just like the GM belt did. No squeals. Likely the last AC belt I will ever change on my 2005 GMC Sierra 1500 SLE 4X4 5.3L B engine.

Works on 2006 Silverado
Fits (air conditioner belt) a 2006 Silverado with 5.3L engine. Has been working for around 2 months and 4,000 miles. I replaced the tensioner at the same time I replaced the belt (old belt broke, likely due to extremely worn/wobbly bearings in old tensioner).
